The Land Registry has amended form LRCIT to reflect the provisions of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 and Serious Crime Act 2007 (Consequential and Supplementary Amendments to Secondary Legislation) Order 2008 which came into force on 1st April.

The 2008 Order abolishes the Assets Recovery Agency and transfers its functions to other organisations.

This form can be used immediately.
