On 1st January, the Legal Services Commission released these two new forms to take account of changes to the legal aid regime for Mental Health cases.

CWORK1_2_MH is a new combined form for Mental Health cases.

CWORK_MH is a new form which must be submitted to the Mental Health Unit to obtain permission to instruct counsel at a rate which is higher than the normal CLR rates.

Please also find enclosed the CLSCLAIM1 and CLSCLAIM4A which have received minor field and macro amendments.

All forms can be used immediately.
