Pursuant to Efis No 45/2007 in October, we are now in a position to provide you with updated editions of CO1A, CO1B and CO3C which follow amendments to CO2 by the Companies (Tables A to F) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2007.

The Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3 Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007 introduced various aspects of the Companies Act 2006 on 1st October.

Customers should use these amended forms immediately.
