The Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3 Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007 implemented various amendments on 1st October.

Companies House has amended the statutory references on COG128(1), COG128(3), COG128(4), COG129(1), COG129(2) and COG129(3) to take account of the introduction of section 30 of the Companies Act 2006 which came into force on 1st October.

We also anticipate amending forms CO1A, CO1B, CO2, and CO3C in accordance with the Companies (Tables A to F) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 which came into force on 1st October.

Unfortunately, these amendments have been delayed by the late publication of the Companies (Tables A to F) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2007 which correct errors in the previous Regulations and make further changes to form CO2, with consequential alterations to forms CO1A, CO1B and CO3C.

We will update forms CO1A, CO1B, CO2 and CO3C when we have considered the impact of these latest Regulations on our forms and will notify you via EFIS in due course.
