In April, we notified you of amendments to form CFO100 on EFIS No.18/2007.

In July, Her Majesty’s Courts Service made some minor amendments to CFO100, including an addition to the checklist at the bottom of the notes on page 2 of CFO100.

Practitioners are advised to use this latest version of CFO100 on receipt.
