Her Majesty�s Courts Service (HMCS) has redesigned EX160 and accompanying Notes to reflect a similar change in court fees from 1st October which are prescribed by the Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2007.

In July, Her Majesty�s Courts Service made some minor amendments to CFO100, including an addition to the checklist at the bottom of the notes on page 2 of CFO100.

All forms can be used immediately.
