The Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2007 will increase the fees payable for certain types of applications on 1st October.

We have altered the reference on the notes which accompany DIV93 to reflect an increase in fees from �25 to �40. The form DIV93 remains unchanged.

Her Majesty�s Courts Service (HMCS) has redesigned EX160 and accompanying Notes to reflect a similar change in court fees from 1st October which are prescribed by the Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2007.

Please also find available forms DIV_A and DIV118 which have received minor field alterations.

All forms can be used immediately.
