The Law Society has notified us of substantial amendments to CON29DW which has been redrafted to take account of home information packs.

Enquiries 1-23 have been extracted from Schedule 8, Part 2 of the Home Information Pack (No.2) Regulations 2007 and the terms used in this 2007 edition of CON29DW have the meaning attributed to them by the above-mentioned Regulations which came into force on 1st August.

Please delete CON29DW(N) from your system as we are not aware whether the Law Society has replaced the 2002 Notes at this stage.
