Following publication of these amended Tenancy Agreement forms on EFIS No.12/2007 in March to cater for the introduction of the new tenancy deposit protection scheme on 6th April, we have amended the statutory reference to the Housing Act 2004 in the second box on page one of these forms.

We invite practitioners to use the latest version of these forms.

All forms can be used immediately.
