Pursuant to EFIS No.8 in March, we can now supply you with the amended Immigration forms. On 2nd April, the Immigration and Nationality Directorate (IND) changed its name to become the Border & Immigration Agency.

In addition, new rules came into force, for people applying for indefinite leave to remain or settle in the UK. In future, such applicants will be required to demonstrate an adequate knowledge of language and life in the UK in order to qualify for settlement.
