The Court Funds (Amendment) Rules 2007 which came into force on 6th April resulted in changes to Parts 36 and 37 of the Civil Procedure Rules and have necessitated changes to Court Funds Office forms CFO100, CFO201 and CFO202.

Please note that the old form N243A_CFO201 has been replaced by the amended Court Funds Office form CFO201 and therefore form N243A_CFO201 needs to be deleted from your system(s).

All forms can be used immediately.
