EFIS 17, April 2007 : Civil Procedure
You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.
Her Majesty’s Courts Service (HMCS) has amended N16A, N242A and N463 to take account of the latest update to the Civil Procedure Rules which came into force on 6th April.
The Court Funds (Amendment) Rules 2007 which came into force on 6th April resulted in changes to Parts 36 and 37 of the Civil Procedure Rules and have necessitated changes to forms CFO100 and CFO201. Practitioners are advised that the existing form N243A_CFO201 has now been replaced by form CFO201. Therefore N243A_CFO201 needs to be deleted from your system(s).
The Family Proceedings (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2007 and the Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2007 increase the maximum gross annual income threshold for Working Tax Credit from £15,460 to £16,017 on 6th April.
This change has necessitated an alteration to EX160(N), the notes which accompany EX160, which HMCS has rewarded by deleting reference to the income figures altogether.
Finally, we have made minor field amendments to forms N5, N11, N119, N121 and N265.
All forms can be used immediately.
