We have inserted a new enquiry in section B of the General Enquiries part of CON291 to take account of the new Tenancy Deposit Protection scheme which will be introduced in England and Wales on 6th April.

Practitioners are advised not to use this amended edition of CON291 before 6th April.

Minor field alterations have also been made to the CON14F which is available for your immediate use.
