Companies House has redesigned LLP288c to make the form less confusing and easier to complete.

In particular, LLP288c has been divided into four separate sections, A-D. Sections A and B must be completed in all cases and sections C and D need only be completed in appropriate circumstances.

Companies House will contrive to accept the current edition of LLP288c but we would advise practitioners to use this amended version of LLP288c.
