On EFIS No. 51 last September, we supplied you with four new forms, CDS14, CDS15, CDS16 and CDS17.

The Legal Services Commission has now made some minor amendments to these CDS forms.

The Legal Services Commission wants legal aid practitioners to use the amended editions of CDS14, CDS15, CDS16 and CDS17 from 2nd February.

Current versions of forms CDS14, CDS15, CDS16 and CDS17 which are signed on or before 2nd February will only be accepted until 1st March.

Finally, we have made a minor macro amendment to CDS6 which is also available for your immediate use.
