Companies House has notified us of an amended address which appears in the notes on page two of CO169, CO169(1B) and CO169A(2) after Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) announced its intention to transfer responsibility for its same day stamping service from the London Stamp Office to Birmingham from 13th November.

In future, practitioners should direct any queries to the Birmingham Stamp Office, using the telephone number which appears in the notes.

Companies House has also amended CO287 to make it clear that the change of address of a company�s registered office must either be in England, Wales or Scotland.

Finally we have made minor textual amendments to forms CO88(3) and COG123.
