Following EFIS 56 in October, Her Majesty’s Courts Service (HMCS) has subsequently decided to update the Defendant’s notes to refer to various aspects of the Housing Act 2004, including next April’s introduction of the new Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

HMCS has also updated EX107. Both forms are available for your immediate use.
