In conjunction with the Coal Authority, the Law Society has updated CON29M to incorporate search information for subsidence claims due to brine in the Cheshire area.

The new combined coal mining and brine search procedures will come into force on 23rd October but the Coal Authority will continue to process the 2003 version of CON29M until 31st December 2006.
