On EFIS No. 22 in March 2006, we supplied you with an amended copy of N5B.

Her Majesty’s Court Service (HMCS) took the opportunity in March of referring to the prospective Introduction of the new Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) which was originally scheduled for October 2006.

However, during the summer, the Government announced a delay in introducing TDS until 6th April 2007 following concerns which were expressed about TDS during a consultation exercise.

HMCS has now amended N5B to refer to this new date of 6th April 2007.
