The Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 introduced a requirement that any power of attorney made on or after 2nd April 2001, which is to continue in the event of the granter becoming incapable of decisions about the matter to which the power of attorney relates has to be registered with the Public Guardian. We are now pleased to offer the Powers of Attorney Registration form (EPSCOT), as part of our range.

Also, we have also added our paper form DFED to the range.

Both forms are available for your immediate use.
