On 10th April 2005, new passport arrangements applied to people in receipt of payments under section 95 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 from the National Asylum Support Service.

The Legal Services Commission has amended the information on CWORK2(IM) to reflect these changes which became mandatory on 1st June 2006.

Legal aid practitioners are therefore requested to use the amended version of CWORK2(IM) on receipt of this update.

CDS3, CDS7, CLSCLAIM1 and CLSCM1(EXTRAPG4) have received minor field and macro enhancements and are also available for your immediate use.
