The Immigration and Nationality Directorate of the Home Office produced new application forms for European Economic Area (EEA) and Swiss nationals and their family members for applications submitted on or after 30th April.

Immigration practitioners can therefore use the amended versions of forms EEA1 to EEA4 with immediate effect.

EEA1	Application form for Registration Certificate by EEA Nationals and their EEA or Swiss National Family Members	New/Amended
EEA2	Application form for Residence Card by Non-EEA National Family Members of EEA Nationals	New/Amended
EEA3	Application form for Permanent Residence by EEA Nationals and their EEA or Swiss National Family Members	New/Amended
EEA4	Application for Permanent Residence by Non-EEA National Family Members of EEA Nationals	New/Amended
