The Immigration and Nationality Directorate of the Home Office has announced a change in the Immigration Rules.
The qualifying period for indefinite leave to remain in the UK will increase from four to five years on 3rd April.
For a limited period, anyone who applies for indefinite leave to remain in these categories on or after 3rd April (having only completed four years' continuous leave) will be invited to change their application to an extension of stay rather than have their application rejected.
These changes have necessitated alterations to the BUS and SET(O) forms.
All forms are available for your immediate use.
