EFIS 26, April 2006 : Insolvency Partnership/Estates

The Insolvent Partnerships (Amendment) Order 2006 corrects mistakes contained in INP_1A and INP_1B when these forms were amended by in the Insolvent Partnerships (Amendment) Order 2005 on EFIS No.34/2005, last July.

The amended forms are for use on or after 6th April.

INP_1A Form 1A Notice of Intention to Appoint an Administrator by the Members of the Partnership New/Amended
INP_1B Form 1B Notice of Appointment of an Administrator by the Members of the Partnership (where a Notice of Intention to Appoint Has Not Been Issued) New/Amended
