An additional category sub-section 247(5)(ca) has been inserted on the back of L&T60 to provide a complete list of the disposals which are unaffected by section 247(4) of the Housing Act 1985.

Although the current version of L&T60 may continue to be used, practitioners may prefer to use this amended form upon receipt.

Also, we have taken this opportunity to re-supply forms L&T95 and L&T96 which have had minor textural and field amendments.
