The Legal Services Commission has amended the above forms.

Various alterations and insertions have been made to TFF (Forms A, B, C, D and E) which form the Annual Claim Adjustment Pack.

Individual amendments have been made to forms CDS2, CDS3 and CDS4 to aid clarity. CDS5 has had certain additional questions inserted, with new sections added for completed work and costs breakdown, and a new section inserted for case history. LSCFR1 has been amended in respect of different date fields.

We have taken this opportunity to make minor textural and filed amendments to CDS6, CLSCLAIM1 and CLSCLAIM5.

Although legal aid practitioners can use the updated versions of these forms immediately, their use becomes compulsory from 1st April. Previous versions of these forms which are signed on or before 31st March will only be accepted until 28th April.
