We have amended the above forms in the light of the Enrolment of Deeds (Change of Name) Regulations 2005.

These 2005 Regulations amends the above forms to reflect the new provisions introduced under the Civil Partnership Act 2004.

Finally, SDLT1 (V2.2) is re-supplied with enhanced postcode validation logic.

Please use all forms immediately.
