The Magistrates Courts (Miscellaneous) (Amendment) Rules 2005 have amended these forms to take account of the creation of Civil Partnerships under the Civil Partnership Act 2004. These rules will come into force on 5th December 2005.

The amended version of forms MAT1, MAT2, MAT3, MAT4 and MAT5 cannot be used before 5th December 2005.
