The Family Proceedings (Amendment) No.5) Rules 2005 amend C1 and C10A from 5th December. These changes are due to the provisions of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 which will also come into force on 5th December.

In addition, these Rules also prescribe a new form C13A which is an application for a Special Guardianship Order.

The amended versions of C1, C10A and the new form C13A cannot be used before 5th December.
