EFIS 65, November 2005 : Licensing

The Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) Regulations 2005 prescribe the form for use when premises users want to host an event at which alcohol will be sold under section 100 of the Licensing Act 2003 from 10th November.
Guidance notes also accompany LIC22 which will help practitioners to complete it.
Licensing practitioners are reminded that they cannot use the old forms under the Licensing Act 1964 on or after 24th November.
