Pursuant to EFIS 56/2005 when we advised litigation practitioners of amendments to Civil Procedure forms, the Court Service has notified us of a further amendment to N120.

The revised form is enclosed as the Court Service has reinstated paragraph (b) in section 11 of the form.

We have also taken this opportunity to make a small correction to forms N6 and N122 which were distributed in August on EFIS 42/2005 as part of a previous update to the Civil Procedure forms.
