The Court Service has advised us of amendments to the notes N119a which practitioners use to complete CPR form N119 and form N120 following a recent update to the Civil Procedure Rules.

We have also taken this opportunity to include minor amendments to the CPR form N265 which customers received on EFIS No. 54 in September.

These forms can be used immediately.
