The Court Service has amended these two forms for use from 1st October.

N164 has been added to the range and is the notice of appeal against a judge's decision in the County Court in respect of small claims.

N265 is the list of documents which litigants must exchange where they wish to rely upon them at trial.

Practioners must not use the amended versions of either form before 1st October.
