Following its change of name from the Inland Revenue to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), HMRC has amended the logo and the wording on this form to take account of these amendments.

We will notify practitioners of similar changes to this range of forms as and when HMRC provide us with the relevant details.

Customers who have not already updated their OyezForms SDLT1 templates to the latest versions supplied in EFIS45(Conveyancing) and EFIS46(IHT/IR) should do so immediately
