The Regulatory Reform (Execution of Deeds and Documents) Order 2005 reforms the legislation governing the execution of deeds and documents in order to standardise the formal requirements for companies, corporations and individuals.

Article 1(1) states that this 2005 Order will come into force "at the end of the period of 12 weeks beginning with the day on which it is made" and it came into force on 15th September.

We have amended these forms to comply with the Order.
