In January, we advised you of an increase in fees on the above forms on EFIS No. 4/2005.

Companies House has now made some further alterations to these forms.

Although Companies House will continue to accept the current forms, we advise practitioners to use these amended forms which no longer refer to the old fee of �10.

All forms are available for your immediate use.
