The Legal Services Commission has notified us of amendments to the above forms.

CDS2, CDS3, CDS4, CDS7 and CDS10 have been updated to reflect recent legislative amendments and to aid clarity.

CWORK4 has been amended to reflect changes to the General Civil Contract and the Immigration Specification.

Form TFF is a Tailored Fixed Fee Claim Adjustment forms for use in situations where payment for publicly funded civil legal services are fixed. Please note that form TFF contains the following sub forms:

FORMA, FORMB, FORMC, FORMD, FORME

Although it does not become compulsory to use these updated forms until 25th July, legal aid practitioners can start to use these forms on receipt.

We have also made a minor field amendment to CWORK3(IM), which can be used immediately.

ADVANCED INFORMATION

Finally, the Legal Services Commission also intends to amend forms as listed below. However, as the amended versions of these forms cannot be used before 25th July, we do not propose to send these until middle of July 2005.
