The Immigration (Leave to Remain) (Prescribed Forms and Procedures) Regulations 2005 replace the 2003 Rules. The changes are mainly to layout, although there are some additional questions, some requests for documentary evidence and other minor changes. Although Form FLR(IED) appears in Schedule 2 of these Regulations, no changes have been made to this form.

COA, ECAA, EEC1, EEC2, EEC3, ELR, HPDL, LTR, NTL, NTL_TOC, PREMIUM, STUDENT, TD112, TOC are amended and new forms listed below which immigration practitioners should use in applications submitted after 1st April.

Finally, form FLR(HSM) is no longer valid. This should be removed from your OyezForms library immediately.
