The Legal Services Commission has advised us of changes to these forms following a consultation exercise which the LSC conducted with the profession on amendments to the General Civil Contract.

The new scheme does not become mandatory until 1st May but immigration practitioners can use these latest versions of CWORK2(IM) and CWORK3(IM) on receipt of this update.

Minor amendments have been made CLSCLAIM1 and CLSCM1(EXTRAPG4) which are also available for your immediate use.
