On 1st April, the Court Service will change its name to "Her Majesty's Courts Service" (H.M.C.S.)
In future, the Ł5.00 fee on Probate form PRO37 will no longer be made payable to Her Majesty's Paymaster General, but to H.C.M.S.
PRO37 has therefore been updated to reflect this change and the opportunity has been taken to make some minor alterations to PRO4 which are not connected with these amendments to PRO37.
Practitioners can use PRO4 immediately, but should not use PRO37 before 1st April.
