FORM 123 DWN has been updated to include 'The Grounds of Appeal'.

FORM 211 STE has been updated at Sections 211A and 211B - Statement of Terms Guidance Notes and Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures. In the previous version the stages of the procedure were not numbered the same as the legislation e.g. our stage 1 might include stage 1 & 2 of the legislation. This was causing confusion and required clarification, so we have numbered each stage the same as the legislation.
