The above forms have been amended because of changes to the rent to mortgage scheme made by the Housing Act 2004.

We anticipate that the option to acquire council housing on rent to mortgage terms will no longer be available after 17th July 2005. Further amendments to these three forms are therefore likely to be incorporated later this year.

Slight textual and field amendments have also been made to forms RG, L&T25(1), L&T29SR and L&T50, which are available for your immediate use.
