In accordance with the update to CLSADMIN1 which we supplied to you on EFIS 02/2005 in January, please find the amendments to CLSCLAIM5 which reflect changes made to the Family Graduated Fee Scheme by the Legal Services Commission.

Practitioners should note that this latest version of CLSCLAIM5 will not be accepted by regional offices before 1st March 2005.

Finally, please also find enclosed a CLSCLAIM1 which has 5 additional page 4's which are in sequential order within the document as requested by customers. This form can be used immediately.
