EFIS 9, February 2005 : Civil Procedure

You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

The Court Service has amended the record of hearing part of N16 which follows an alteration to Rule 65.3 of the Civil Procedure Rules in September 2004.

It seems that a witness statement should be used to support an application for an injunction under the Housing Act instead of an affidavit.

Whilst investigating these amendments, the Court Service has advised us that N16 is generated off the court’s own computer system because it is an order for an injunction.

We are therefore advising customers to delete existing versions of N16 from your system because N16 will no longer form part of our Civil Procedure range.
