Companies House has amended the fees which appear on these two forms as a result of the Companies (Fees) Regulations 2004 which will come into force on 1st February.

Practitioners should ensure that they submit the correct fee payable in respect of these applications on or after 1st February.

COM466 Particulars of an Instrument of Alteration to a Floating Charge created by a company registered in Scotland New/Amended
