The Landlord and Tenant (Notice of Rent) (England) Regulations 2004 prescribe this form under section 166(b) of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 as the landlord's notice for payment of ground rent in England.

L&T203 also includes notes for both landlords and leaseholders.

Since these Regulations will not come into force until 28th February 2005, practitioners should not use this new form before the end of January 2005.

Finally, we have made minor amendments to form CH1SR, which is available for your immediate use.
