The Limited Liability Partnership (Fees) Regulations 2004 will come into force on 1st February 2005.

Companies House has increased the fees payable on the above forms.

Practitioners should therefore use their old versions of these forms until 31st January and then submit these amended forms on or after 1st February 2005.
