The Companies (Fees) Regulations 2004 will introduce revised fees on 1st February 2005 and Companies House has amended the forms listed above to take account of these changes.

Practitioners should not submit these amended forms with the revised fees before 1st February 2005.

A minor stylist amendment has also been made to the CON41A and is available for your use.
