The Legal Services Commission has updated CLSADMIN1 to reflect an amendment to the client's declaration on this form.

Practitioners can use CLSADMIN1 on receipt of this disk and must use this amended version from 31st January.

CLSCLAIM5 is being amended to reflect the changes to the Family Graduated Fee system; however, practitioners must not use this latest version of CLSCLAIM5 until 1st March 2005 as the LSC Regional offices will not process this version of CLSCLAIM5 before 1st March 2005. Therefore, this form will be despatched on EFIS during February 2005.

Finally, an alteration has also been made to the CLSCLAIM1 on page 4 so that 3 digits may be entered in the % uplift section and is enclosed for your immediate use.
