As of 19 July 2004 one person will now be able to pay for multiple applications (maximum of 25) using a single method of payment. To apply the person paying for the applications must complete an LTR - Multiple Form.

Please also find enclosed form EEC3 to apply for a family member residence stamp for Non-EEA national dependants of persons required to register under the Accession State Worker Registration Scheme.

Both forms can be used immediately upon receipt.
